elco is hosted by the Eastern Leadership Centre (ELC), a not-for-profit charitable company based in Cambridge.
ELC trains headteachers, leaders of children’s centres, early and middle leaders, administrators, classroom assistants, school governors and many more. So whatever your organisation’s setting, size and type elco can draw on rich experience to support your learning.
